Sarah Neufeld (Solo)
Sarah Neufeld is an internationally renowned Canadian violinist and composer based in New York City. This unique performance will be a powerful sonic experience in which Neufeld’s ethereal vocals meld seamlessly with her mesmerizing violin riffs. Best known as a long time member of Arcade Fire, she is also a founding member of the contemporary instrumental ensemble Bell Orchestre.

A MEMBER OF THE BAD PLUS, HE ALSO CONTRIBUTED GUITAR PARTS TO THE LAST DAVID BOWIE ALBUM, “BLACKSTAR”. IT'S A SOPHISTICATED SOUND BORN OUT OF HER LOVE FOR ARTISTS LIKE PAT METHENY, MILTON NASCIMENTO, AND JONI MITCHELL. MEZA FIRST GARNERED ATTENTION WITH HER 2007 DEBUT, SKYLARK.
Zeena Parkins (Solo)
New York based electro-acoustic composer / improviser Zeena Parkins is a pioneer of contemporary harp practices. Using expanded techniques, object preparations, and electronic processing she has re-defined the instrument’s capacities. OVER A 30-YEAR CAREER PARKINS HAS WORKED WITH AN UNLIKELY RANGE OF COLLABORATORS. SHE HAS RECORDED AND TOURED WITH BJÖRK, YOKO ONO, and many other prominent musical artists.

A master of the previously obscure slide trumpet, Berkeley-born Steven Bernstein is a fearless improviser, composer and arranger whose résumé includes collaboration with Bill Frisell, Levon Helm, Lou Reed, Linda Ronstadt, Henry Butler, and Allen Toussaint.

Helen Gillet - solo cello
Helen Gillet is a singer-songwriter and surrealist-archeologist exploring synthesized sounds, texture, and rhythm using an acoustic cello. Gillet’s solo performance is known for its enigmatic quality as she fabricates each song with innovative use of the cello and true mastery of live looping technology.

Nate Wood is a Grammy-winning musician who is a member of the band Kneebody and has released 3 albums of his own material where he performs/records 3 analog synths, bass, drums and vocals all at the same time. 2 arms + 2 legs = fOUR
Endless Field + Sara Caswell
Endless Field is a guitar and bass duo featuring guitarist Jesse Lewis and bassist Ike Sturm. They play original songs filled with intricate finger-style lines, improvisation and ambient textures. Virtuoso violinist Sara Caswell joins the performance as a special guest.
