The Mill is thrilled to host We Are Instrumental for a performance by Davide Panozzo & Etienne Stadwijk. This concert will culminate a three-week Rockstar Residency across multiple North-Country school districts created by WAI and sponsored by the generous support of the New York State Council of the Arts.
Davide Pannozzo is an Italian-born modern blues artist, guitarist, singer-songwriter and educator based in New York City. His music starts from the blues but doesn’t stay within its boundaries: he treats it as a living language — flexible, personal, built to speak to the present. At the center is the guitar, not as a display of skill but as a voice: melodic, spacious, conversational. Every note serves the song. The duo focuses on contemporary blues and New York soul-funk, characterized by orchestral keyboards and engaging guitar riffs.
Etienne Stadwijk is a New York-based keyboardist, arranger, and producer with Surinamese roots who has worked with Paul Simon, Maxwell, and Marcus Miller. His signature is the balance between European voicings, world colors, and an R&B-born sense of pocket.
This performance at The Mill will be supper club style with food and beverage available for purchase from The Knock. Your reservation secures your table for the evening. Doors open at 5:00 PM, and the performance begins at 7:00 PM. There is no admission fee, but reservations are highly recommended as seating is limited.
