Tessa Holmes has been cooking professionally for over 25 years and specializes in Whole food Cooking with a focus on Vegetarian and PLant-Based dishes. Holmes Is Currently a Culinary Artist-In-Residence At Craigardan in KEene Valley, NY from whose working farm she will source most of the ingredients for this evening’s meal. 

When not on retreat herself, Holmes the owner of Blossom WHOLE FOODS In Hinesburg, Vermont.
