In 2023 The Mill commissioned Baltimore based artist Stephen Hendee to create Buisine, a site specific sculptural light installation for our Listening Gallery. Working within the constraints of ongoing construction, Hendee created this magnificent 24’ organic & dramatic horizontal band of illuminated polypropylene, bringing new light into our former dark and dusty grain mill.
